Both employees were extremely informative and competent. It was my first time there but I’ll definitely be coming back for my oil changes. Prices seemed more than fair.

I truly appreciate the service this location provides. It is not always easy to find quality automobile service. It is so reassuring to see the same familiar face each and every time you show for even a maintenance oil change. Additionally, the service is always top notch. Duane, the manager is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I don't often leave reviews but I definitely feel as if this business deserves more than just a five-star review. Thank you for all your trustworthiness and kindness. I have definitely found my oil change home and have been so thankful the past two years.

I received a gift card from a friend to try out Grease Monkey in Belvidere Illinois. Upon my first visit I happened to mention how the Chevy dealership told me I had a leak that needed to get fixed and they were going to charge me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to get it taken care of. The manager, I believe his name was Dan, came back to let me know that there's absolutely nothing leaking on my car and he double checked. Instead of lying to me and trying to sell me the most expensive oil he instead gave me the reason why I would want each individual oil and allowed me to choose without pressing me into anything. He also offered to check my air filters and when I told them that I had just replaced them a month, he asked, he didn't tell me, if I would like him to check and see if they were okay. He not only checked but he brought them to me to show me that they were still in good condition and that I would not need a new filter which just showed his integrity again. Today I took my car for the third time to this location and met Riley. Sometimes you have a good employee or manager at a location but I found it very neat that I have now been introduced to three or four different e

I’ve been in on a Wednesday morning Daune The manager was the only one in he did both my and my cousins oil change and got us out very quickly. He did an excellent job changed the filters on both of our cars complete oil change and gave us knowledge that we needed to know about future services for our cars. I can’t brag enough about the service and care we received today.

I was so impressed with Duane and his crew when I got my oil changed that I came back for the rest of my recommended fluid changes. Good prices for work with a warranty ... they also serviced my breaks while I was there because I felt confident in their work and professionalism. I have never heard so many waiting room customers rave about their good experiences... hard to find these days. I highly recommend this shop!
